2. 18 crates in roadside shop. I use them as barn storage(18 * 10 = 180). Plus 50 initial barn storage, so totally you can store 230 sugar products. Silo capacity is 50.

3. The sugar mill has at least 5 slots unlocked.

4. Bakery, one chicken coop and one cow pasture have been bought.

5. One feed mill has been bought.

6. Neighbourhood has been built. You can add these 5 accounts to your neighbourhood.

7. Supercell ID account.

8. 30000+ coins (Enough coins for your start).

6). During this process, we will communicate and guide both the Buyer and Seller
7). Buyer secures and verifies the account
8). Payment is then disbursed to the Seller
