This is one of my alt accounts that I hardly play on so I just wanna sell. Most quests aside from the main quests in Mondstadt are still mostly undone so lots of primo stuff if you're willing to put in some effort. Liyue is almost completely untouched(I did walk around a bit to unlock a few waypoints but that's pretty much it).

In terms of 4* there's a c2 sucrose, c1 noelle, c1 beidou and c1 amber of all things. If u wanna whale or save for a while, the next pity for the event is guaranteed to give you the event character.

Also all the anemoculous are found and there is quite a bit of resources on there.
