2. Buyer will be able to ask further questions about the account, or for proof if necessary
   
3. Buyer will ALWAYS go first, unless a middleman is requested.
   
4. Either seller, or middleman will change the confirmation email to the buyers email, transferring ownership
   
5. To claim account fully, buyer must request a password change and username change (shown on login) confirmation emails will be sent to buyers email
