First:

1.Go to the site Sony with this link:

2.Enter the data of the purchased account login: pass (mail: password).

3.On down of the page, click on the lower rectangle "Disable all" or "Disable all device".

Secondly:

Installing an account on the PS4 console:

1.We create a new user and enter the data from the purchased account in the form of a login (example [email protected]) and password (example: pass123) VERY IMPORTANT! On the next screen when asked to activate the system as primary PS4 select °Activate. If you don't do that you will not be able to play on your own profile!

2. Make sure the account is in primary Go to [Settings]. Select [Account Management] and select [Activate as Your Primary PS4]. Click [Activate]. Go to the library and the purchased folder and put the game (s) on download.

3.Do not delete the created user and the account must stay in primary, otherwise the game will not work.

4.Enter the created profile only for Re- download game.

Ps: If your account works please update prefix.
