    I have a handleveled account that Im trying to get rid of and it has all champs that are in the game.

    Don't buy from this dude. He will only go through discord to sell accounts. I bought 1 from him and couldn't even play on it for more than an hour he got access back into it and stole it back. Lesson learned.
