I'm interested in obtaining a copy of an individual's records that sits on a # in Greece. The records are to remain in place. I just need copies. Please advise if this is possible. If so, cost and approximate turn around time. I have all the necessary identifying information on the individual in question. Obviously, I'm a newb so I'm in no position to dictate terms with zero credibility on this forum. However, if it's possible to complete this deal with some mutually beneficial safeguards in place, (i.e. escrow) it would definitely ease the uncertainty. If this isn't possible, I'm open to all suggestions.
