First of all apologies bc of my English but IM going to help so I do my best. This website is wonderful and easy to use for sellers but still little confusing for buyers it's not a big deal bc we can help the buyers about it but as my experience there are some problems here : 1- The most annoying thing for buyers is the process of activation order, sometimes I see 7 days waiting for 3way IDK why it takes this long and I understand it's a time-consuming process but most of the buyers need account very fast specifically people who use this platform for first time so I suggest accelerate this process. 2- There are some buyers that they don't confirm or don't know how to confirm after we tell them several times I suggest reduce automate confirmation from 72 hours to 24 hours for verified sellers and pro sellers. 3- I'm a VIP user but when I sell an account the process until I get the money may take up to 20 days, it's a really long process as you know we need money to replace accounts, I've heard many times from your discord VIP that you're fixing that but unfortunately I have seen many good sellers that they had to move from this website to other websites bc of this please accelerate this process and prioritize this problem as much as you can there some solutions like adding fund to our balance just 72 hours after confirmation automatically or just for verified and pro sellers. 4- I'm not sure about others but I receive emails too late so I can't understand which one of my account has sold out bc I want to delete buy link to stop sell one item twice so I think it should be great to make a tool for this one on website or deleting the buy link automatically after they buy an item. thank you.
