If you're looking for fresh stats to build on, all heroes are LV. 60, but only 3 of the heroes have 500+ wins. There's no legendary back, so there is that to achieve as well. With a family and work I could never invest the time to get past rank 2.

Both NA and Asia accounts have 2500+ Gold and 2500+ dust, and more because these accounts are maintained every day.
A couple legendaries and some epics are golden, so you can dust them for whatever you like.

Because my account is in Japan, Tyrande was never made available here.

This is a rare find, enthusiast players and streamers often run 2 or 3 accounts, and you'll never see them for sale.
