Global one frequently down ever since it came out but garner such a huge number of players. Still the management in global are lacking and they allowed hackers to go freely. Hence, why i did not change from JAP to global or play both. Global simply sucks. The interface for JAP mobile games aren't that hard to understand. One thing to note is that, event characters are very valuable because of the sweat/blood put in to achieve a certain Hunter Ranking among the many to get them. I was top 500 for every ranking Hunter Frontier. Karl is special because its from a special dungeon which requires 3x team to fight him alone. Very very tough.
