    Semi Maxed TownHall 11 with 28/27/11 heroes currently in legends league at 5xxx cups
    Most of the troops are maxed out. Screenshot attached below for ready reference

    All troops are maxed out and my account is at 35xx cups and in global 200 rankings.
    As specified above, the account got 16k gems.
