    The asking price is what is listed. I AM willing to negotiate, but the account needs to be sold quickly due to real life circumstances.     * Almost 17 Gold Heroes. Currently finishing the remaining 8 F2P heroes.

    ** The account will gain troops and might the longer it takes for it to sell. That is why it is listed as between 255-265m. The only troops currently being trained are T3/T4 to rebuild from last Kingdom Clash in which the account easily soloed multiple people with over 1m troops while holding Forts, Base, and assisting in rallies with the other account I am selling.

    I have recently found from a separate sale that utilizing the Middleman service is extremely time consuming and in fact lengthens the process of the sale. Due to these added incoveniences, the Middleman "for sale" price will now be higher than the actual selling price. The middleman service will still be able to be utilized but as an added charge to the buyer to recompense for the added delay and inconvenience to the seller (myself).
