Selling 2007 account w/ 180-420k in resellable limiteds

Hi! I'm a poor college student who recently stumbled back upon an old account I haven't used in years. To my delight, lots of the stuff I had has hugely appraised in value.
The reason for the varying robux value is that 60-90% of the account value is tied up in a limited gold ollie hat, which might be difficult to sell as it's a wildly rare item. Regardless, if you bought the account's resellable robux value from ROBLOX itself, it'd cost $1600 (very conservatively.) This account might pay for itself.

This account permanently has 10 places (although no BC) as I bought builder's club in a time when many of the benefits were permanent. Long, long ago.

Attached is a dodgy ms-paint collage of some of the better items, including a timely St. Patrick's limited and a lump of coal which was awarded only to players who had killed Telamon by a certain date.

I'd be willing to chat in skype or meet/message in-game to prove I'm not a scam artist. I'm just tryna eat and pay rent.
