The first account has a cheating infraction on Rust that makes it impossible to play on Rust's multiplayer servers, HOWEVER the second account I have has Rust on it and is completely playable on multiplayer servers with no infractions.

That is the second account I have that is included in the whole price. This account has ZERO cheating infractions and is a great spare to have in case you want to play Insurgency with a friend.
