I've been playing this game off and on for over a decade and there are a couple things that I've always wondered since it's not intuitive to figure out... How do I know with certainty when there's nothing left to upgrade in a location? How do I find a specific building? Sometimes I'll have a certificate to upgrade and I'll see a building I've never seen before but have no idea how to find it. # #/TheIllogicalFallacy # .
