Process of selling is that we both log on Skype, u share ur desktop, I give u my login and password, u log in and check if everything is fine (and I see everything, because u are sharing ur desktop), then u send me a money and I give u login and password to an e-mail....so there is no possibility of stealing..u try to go to the Enclave and to send my items to ur account -> I see that and change my password before u will do that...that;s all. The only other possibility is that u will send money first and then I give u my account, but Idk if u will prefer that option...
