I am hitting 30 soon and as a new chapter of my life I want to quit gaming completely. So I want to get rid of my 15 year old steam account that I own now since 2007.

It has around 120 Games(see screenshots, a few might be F2P though), many are low priced or old, some might be somewhat new. According to the game value alone the account has a worth of roughly 400$ during steam sale events and $1200 outside of steam sale events.

Almost all Valve games (also the HL1 remake Black Mesa)
Skyrim
Fallout: NV

Has more than 8000 Hours in Dota 2, more than 1000 skins/items etc.
The ones that are tradeable/marketable are estimated worth around 10-20 Dollars in total, not included are the Items from this year's battlepass, they'll unlock for trade next year and might be worth an additional ~10 dollars.
