    @Middleman please remove my negative feedback as it is not correct feedback.
    as i not scammed or not take buyers money and not try to scam or hurt buyer.
    this feedback i recieve because of middleman service.
    i was offline for few days but i cancelled buyers order when i seen it.
    how can i got negative feedback in cancelling a order?
    @Middleman is it right feedback?

    When I originally purchased your account, I had the expectation that you would deliver. By no means that I wanted a refund when you decided to cancel the order without giving me a reason why you canceled. Once my money was charged, you had a duty to deliver as per seller's guidelines.

    You never gave me a reason why you canceled the order. It is the correct feedback as of 28th December as the money finished pending and actually went through. I am now $268 (AUD) poorer. You have yet to deliver me the account details and by canceling, you disrespected the order process and the reputation of this website and my first experience with this website.

    I ask the middleman to keep the negative feedback for the seller xOne so that in the future when he/she decides to suddenly cancel orders when he/she changes their mind once the buyer gets charged, they need to be held liable for any negative consequences coming their way.

    This is a lesson that should be upheld if the middleman believes in justice for the consumer.

    On a different note, since I have not yet received the account details from xOne (and finally bought another account from a more reputable seller off their own web store who is also a Silver ranked seller on this web site), I ought to receive the $268 (AUD) refund as the account details were never received from xOne.

    In a justified scenario, I would prefer that the negative feedback stays with the seller xOne so he/she can learn from his/her mistakes before selling an account to another buyer in the future and me receiving my refund within a reasonable time.

    In a corrupt scenario, the seller wins the removal of the negative feedback thus compromising the integrity of this website's reputation due to sellers being able to list items for sale and trolling buyers when buyers decide to take part in the sale and wasting all parties involved including the middleman if their services are required.

    The only way for xOne to be justified in getting a removal of the negative feedback is to deliver the account details to me and end the transaction here. I would have given him/her positive feedback and everyone would resume their lives without hassle. But by creating this disruption by canceling the order (without giving a reason), after I was charged and after you admitted that you were offline for a few days (not my business why you decided to do so), you have created conflict for your consumer who was just waiting patiently for the account to be delivered to his registered Gmail account.

    If this was eBay, I would have got eBay to step in (after waiting around 10 days due to eBay's own set of rules) and get a refund while giving the seller negative feedback and be on my way. But I respect the way PlayerUp deals with its services and I can only hope that this transaction leads to a proper conclusion.

    Just remember, xOne, by no means I have to agree to cancel the order if you just suddenly change your mind after selling the account to me. But by me giving myself alternative arrangements, I was able to independently make use of a falling-out arrangement to seek alternative sellers for my needs.

    I hope that the seller retains his/her negative feedback and that I receive my refund within a reasonable time. Thank you for your time.

    If this was playerup.com, I would have got playerup.com to step in (after waiting around 10 days due to playerup.com's own set of rules) and get a refund while giving the seller negative feedback and be on my way. But I respect the way PlayerUp deals with its services and I can only hope that this transaction leads to a proper conclusion.

    The 'playerup.com' is supposed to say PlayerUp.

    The user @xOne is a scammer who left himself feedback on 4 other accounts(his 4 positive feedback)

    If you had sent him money personally, you would not have gotten your money back nor heard from him again.

    I've suspended him. Please hit "cancel order" to receive your money back.

    Thanks for making this dispute thread or he may have scammed someone else. He doesn't have the accounts he's selling which is why he can't provide it to you.
