Stole Money 100 USD were scammed, never got what I wanted. Been through back and forth for a week.

I intended on buying IMVU credits (1million) for $100, it was a good deal, until the user @xkwv decided not to do their end of the bargain. Instead, he's putting out rules for me, and declined my refund request. What to do?
