A. Basic package gives you basic support, if I have a top package customer needing my assistance you will be put on hold. Also, top package customers are entitled to mentoring sessions as well. I will provide you support rest assured regardless of the package, but in an event of me being busy with another customer (top package customer) you will unfortunately have to wait/arrange different time. I have to be honest, I genuinely doubt you will need support since this is dead simple but you are more than welcome to purchase it in case you need extra guidance.
