    I'm selling my account, it has 1.1M TCP and 202K STP as mentioned, I can comfortably stay at rank 100 in Arena.

    135K Defenders
    170K Avengers

    My main raid team is Quake BW Vision NN Cap and it has 183K power. Then I have 2 or 3 capable teams as well, being able to take down 7 or 8 nodes, getting 6M damage in a good day without spending healing charges.
    I use in Arena a Hand Sentry Kingpin XBones Vision Yondu/BW team that can wreck Defenders team at 180K power easily, and with some luck it beats 200K teams as well.

    Also 1150 purple and 870 orange ability mats, so you can level up whoever you prefer kinda easily.

    EDIT: I should also mention there are 900 Blitz charges available, so you can push a blitz veeery hard sometime.
