Resolved Transaction Error

    Yes a customer purchased the UC Top Up and I provided them the 7,000 UC we discussed over a phone call. I had already marked the order completed and was waiting for buyer to.. however Middleman closed the 3 way conversation and seems like is not going to provide me with the funds

    The order is indeed cancelled. You need to communicate in the ticket showing proof of delivery. He claims you never delivered and wanting the order cancelled. If you don't communicate in the ticket then we will assume you didn't deliver and cancel the order accordingly which is what was done.
