Resolved Cancel transaction and get refund

    Hello,

    Today I was trying to buy a Wizard 101 account from user Jamesed. I offered $70 and he accepted the offer, so I "Activated Order" paid $72 through Pay Pal and provided # ID. I haven't been verified yet so we don't have a 3 way conversation ticket yet to cancel the order. The seller has told me that he doesn't have an ID, and that he cannot see the "Conversations" from the Middleman which isn't very reassuring. I need to cancel this transaction and get the money back!

    Seller doesn't need to provide an ID. They can skip this part as it's completely optional.
