    Chat logs are way to much, long story short paid him $10 USD to mention 5.000 people in an instagram post I've made, but he never delivered.

    10usd aint much but please ban this scammer..

    that is not true, I told that speed is slow, and I sent half mentions but next day he changed post link so he did not receive all mentions, that is his mistake what he removed post from his profile!
