Resolved Credit purchase issue (previsous thread marked as resolved, but not resolved at all)

    Hello,

    I made 5 days ago a 20$ credit purchase with neosurf. The payment was successful but I did not receive the credit on my account.

    payment id : 1130000000230064721

    I already created a thread about this issue, to which you responded that credit was already added to my account but it is NOT.

    Please check my credit history, I only have 100$ from another credit purchase.

    my credit should be (100 + 20) = 120$, but it is only 100$
