For #1 - Go to your thread(s) page - Hoven or "Edit Thread" then Click "Edit Thread" - Check the "Auto Bump This Thread" - Click Save For #2 - Just contact @Admin - provide the link of thread(s) you want to get stickied - you dont have to pay for it if its included in your membership package as a benefit - wait and be patient
For # 1 I already did this, but after saving "Auto Bump This Thread" the checkbox disappears again and nothing works. For # 2 Once upon a time I wrote @Admin many times on other issues. But my "Conversations" in my account is still empty. He does not answer me. #1 That's a glitch. It will work once you did it, it will auto bump the thread every 12 hours. #2 I cannot give any other answer here aside from what i gave you already, that's just how it is base on my experience. Will now copy this thread to support page and close this conversation ticket. If you have any other questions, reply there.

What you're doing is messaging the wrong departments asking for help instead of opening a ticket and being patient for us to actually respond back.
I was helping you didn't I? I told you to contact @Admin directly for the sticky thread but then you decided to open a new conversation with me and asked me to pass your message to @Admin so he could sticky your thread like i'm your errand boy or something. It's your thread not mine.
