    It's been about 2 hours and I haven't had any contact from anyone. Is there an option to refund my money so I can pursue a different method?

    trust me, ive wait like 24 hours to just get 1 response from middleman. 2 hours is nothing lool

    I mean thats not ok. it doesnt have to be instant but waiting all day for them is ridiculous.

    yep i agree but middleman has a lot of work. in my opinion they should hire more people to do customer support.

    They said they were upgrading the service in a week or two so I hope it will get smoother
