What happens in case I give my account informations and the guy decides to scam me and not paying me, I mean he can easily say he gave me the channel back and he wants the money back. 4. I had another transcation here which was a refund everything was ok but the seller name was mentioned.

Also take as many screenshots as possible of the account, you logging into the account, stats, everything so you can use that as potential evidence if need be. That said, it's difficult for buyers to do this with gmail/youtube related accounts. Data is easily tracked and discoverable. We have never in history had a buyer exploit a seller via a gmail or facebook related account since 2014.
