Resolved Paypal on hold

    hello friends . i received the cashout to my account today
    (Middleman Order - Transaction ID: 92199960)
    but it says 'Pending -on hold'

    this is what the email said :

    "We've placed the payment on hold because we noticed that youre a new PayPal seller and will need time to build a positive selling history. The amount will appear in your pending balance and will be available after the order is fulfilled."
