Hi @Middleman Why my 3 PlayerUp credits disappeared? They were there for almost 8-9 months. I didn't use them, but tried to chashout twice, which never completed (I become to know later that minimum 10 credits required to cashout). Yesterday you sent my 2 payments to my PlayerUp credits instead of MM Wallet but after a few hours you corrected this but now my credits are zero. Thank you for your reply. The reason the credits were removed was because they were later upgraded and moved to your MM Balance. They were accidentally moved to your credits balance today and then removed again. You only had 3 credits on your PlayerUp Account prior to today and those have been restored.
