Stole Money Scam through False Disputes

    (an earlier dispute raised on 6th of feb but already settled/refunded, mainly due to miscommunication)

    I won 2 cases but sadly lost 1. Then, today he re-filed disputes for the cases he lost, and I won again. It would be best to ban this person, and his IP. For all we know, he could be scamming people again. Scammers love to outsource communication.
