Sure no problem so at first the the account was for 100 usd. But after sending the seller the funds he stated that paypal has put a hold on the funds for 60 days. So he sent a refund. We then tried again with a different account same thing plus a refund. From here I informed him this is nonsense so he then reduced the cost from 99 to 85 usd. I sent him half to test in which he confirmed that he received I then asked him for the account in which he told me go ahead and process the rest which was an additional 40. After him telling me to wait no response.
