Sold Looking for Shopify theme from scratch with UI/UX additions

As the title states I'm looking for somebody who can create a shopify store/theme for me from start to finish based off a mixture of mock ups done in photoshop and sample websites to mimic. Must be proficient in the Shopify platform and liquid. Looking to implement custom SVG animations such as icon loading bar, subtle navigation menu animations and possibly animated transitions between pages or products.
