Thankfully, I made precautions and contingency with this guy, was surprised how he paid quickly from our first transaction without question/hesitation other than asking when the diamonds will be delivered. He's probably using different PayPal account for different people. He did ask me on the first day if I know someone selling a PP verified account, anyone would be suspicious at that point, but I went along and acted a fool to learn more about their scam. It's unfortunate I can't use my PP account yet, but oh well, let the dispute rot in hell, I can prove what's needed anyway.
