    Please see the attached pictures outlining the situation. 0394 demonstrates the account logged on and out of my control. 0390 demonstrates the blocked request for assistance from the seller. 0392 shows when i received a notification that the account had been recovered by the seller. 0393 shows how the information provided was false/unable to recover the account.
