Resolved Refund status

    Hello. I was purchasing a Clash Royale account and the account ended up being locked. Also the seller didn’t have all the credentials needed to completely pass on the account, and provided me with an email account that had a two-step verification to someone else’s mobile device. What the means is that if I wanted to change the password and secure the account, I would have to input a verification code sent to the mobile device on file. The seller does not have access to this mobile device and neither do I, meaning the original owner of the account could reaquire the account and lock out anyone else, which is a gamble I am not willing to take. Where are we at on the refund process? How much longer will it be until this is resolved?
