    I sold a product on your platform; followed the instructions.
    Everything went smoothly until your platform decided to withhold and somehow disappear my money.

    As seen on the screen-capture (attached), my money was "sent" to an unknown MM Wallet.

    I have no idea what happened with my money.

    I request an explanation.
