Resolved Card keeps getting declined

    Hello im trying to purchase an account but my card keeps getting declined. Everytime I try and using paypal the link just redirects me to use my credit card. Can you please help me?

    Use a different web browser. It should work via PayPal.

    I need to cancel a transaction. After speaking with the buyer, he told me the account had already been linked with a different ps4, which i had already asked him if it was available before i even bought it. I just need to cancel it and get my money back.
