Hello, I've tried to open a ticket earlier today but I think it didn't work... I've bought $100 in credits here, as I'm from Brazil I paid it with the Boleto option, which takes 2 days to confirm. Today in the morning I got an email from dLocal saying the payment was confirmed, but I still haven't got the Credits here at playerup. Can you help me?
