Hi, I am trying to sell my account through MM service. A link was set up as per the instructions. I have received an email from [email protected] which raised a lot of red flags. I am unable to upload my SS for some reason. But the mail basically said there was no middleman available and to settle the transaction on our own. I have told my buyer @MarreXi that I will wait for MM to open a 3-way conversation ticket in the playerUP site before I would release any account details. My buyer told me that he got an email to say the same thing. I would upload what he sent me but I can’t for some reason. It has the same email recipient and looks just as fake as mine. I do not want to speculate or accuse anyone of scam here besides the fraudulent email. I just find it funny how @MarreXi could receive a fake payment confirmation email if he check out through the MM link I generated. I hope @Admin or @Middleman could investigate further and take the necessary action. Thank you.
Thank you for reporting this. Looking back at all the previous fake middleman email schemes, the buyer is the one who is pulling it off in an attempt to scam new sellers that has no clue how the site works. Good thing you have read all the important information regarding how this site's Middleman service works.
Did the buyer asked you to screenshot something with your email address being shown and send it to them? or did you give your email address at some point?

Thank you @Rolan. I managed to upload the picture through your help. I did have my suspicions about the buyer after he told me his order was confirmed and that I should check my email about No MM available. I am new to the site and can see how many could fall into this trap if they are eager to sell. The buyer did ask for SS of the account but i did not provide him with any information of the login. We have been communicating through Email though and therefore he has my email address. Do I need to be weary of this? This was what I received. This was what he said he received. I hope that helps.
Surprised people would fall for that as it looks so badly edited. Good job @Tinkerbell - sadly he does this on new accounts over and over via different IP's and many people fall for it. User is banned. Closing thread.
