    Also could I get verified at the same pleae, I've sent few times my ids but I never got verified, thank you.

    If I may ask is there a reason why it is taking that long to create the 3 way conversation? I've made the request last sunday, if I could know when it's going to be done it would very appreciated please. Ortherwise is there a way to give directly credits to another user?

    Okay the other agents were confused on what you needed us to do so they waited on responding to your ticket until a senior agent reviewed it.

    What order number?
