In Poland you need to send scan of your ID or passport to use account on cryptocurrency exchange and taxes on cryptocurrency incomes are ridiculously high, so I paid two random people to open and verify accounts on their names for me. The problem is that the exchange blocked the accounts after a year with some balance remaining and demanded my selfies with ID card in hands.
