    Oh I remember why it doesnt have any. Right I deleted all of the old purchases from that email. I didnt want to give the sensitive information out and compromise purchase methods used on the account I also had a paypal account binded to that email which I unbinded.

    The account was not #, in the e-mail it says they think it's been compromised and has been locked.

    This means you need to provide the details to the buyer. If you are the original owner, you would have those.

    This is time to be honest. It's very clear he was not #. I mean he has video evidence of it happening live... Their own support states the account is locked. If you're re-selling an account or if its cracked you need to state that prior to selling it.

    If you don't care to help your buyer regain access to an account you sold him... that speaks lengths of what's going on. If you were in his position you'd want help as well. Simply stating "you don't care" would be a slap in the face if the roles were reversed, correct?

    Sure it would be a slap in the face (Thats why I secure my game account pretty well). I even went and contacted WG on his behalf because I didnt want to share sensitive information. I gave WG the payment info they requested but it wasnt enough (They wanted the credit card payment info that was used in 2017). As I said to him multiple times I dont have the access to the bank account that had the credit card in question. Sure if he was still was alive then I would be able to check (Here is a link to when he died Tomislav Sukalić you can see my name in bottom right "Patrik") Yes my full name is Patrik Sukalić.

    I still dont understand how they dont have an archive of this kind of info. If you payed through PayPal / Paysera, you should still see the payments info, even after card is unbound or bank account disabled.

    And as I said for some reason paypal / phone payment info wasnt enough for them.

    I googled and found this:

    If Gmail has not deleted the messages from the server, you can recover deleted emails after deleting them from your trash folder. 2) Click the drop down arrow on the left from your search box at the top of the screen. 3) It will then ask you several question such as to: or from, subject, key words or date within.

    This has nothing to do with securing an account. They have reason to believe the account has been compromised. Which means he logged on the account and it didn't match up with your IP.

    This is unavoidable, and it's why when selling an account you need to have all the information prior to selling it or you're selling nothing for money. I can't charge 80$ for nothing.

    As of now a refund must be made or you need to help get him his account back or further action will be taken.

    I see. Since my IP does change everyday I guess ill trying telling that to WG and see what comes out of it.
