@Ryan I tried helping the buyer. Contacted WG and even went to the bank to get proofs of payment that were made to WG. Nothing came out of it sadly.

Buyer got his account #.

How could my account get #? I mean okay, its possible if I didnt have a phone number binded with that account. You cant remove a binded phone number unless with Wargamings help

A phone number cannot get unbinded without entering the verification code, or as I said without Wargamings interuption.

As I see it, either you are not the first owner of the account (thats why you cant get it back), or you got it back & resold it to someone else, if you’re not playing the game yourself.

As I see it youre just frustrated and accusing me of doing something I didnt. I dont see any other threads on this Marketplace with that account on it. Im the original owner of the account and as I told you countless of times if WG requested a credit card that was on my Fathers name that I wouldnt be able to get your account back. Why? CAUSE HES DEAD! And I told you who knows what the hacker got with that keylogger in your system. The way I see it you were to late to change the password and hacker was able to spoof around your email and changed everything (Including the phone number) ofc before you noticed that he prolly deleted them.

I dont know why and how it got # but thats my guess. You sent a screenshot that you had viruses on your pc. Something I shouldnt be held accountable for. Carelessness of the buyer with his account or PC and now wants money back because he was careless.

A phone number cannot get unbinded through email, or the game itself! It can only be done when you verify it by entering the verification code you got in your phone when there is a request to change or unbind it. My phone is clean as a matter of fact. If you were at a bank & requested that info about the credit card they would have given it, because banks have their archive.

I dont know how many times I have to repeat one thing till you get it in your thick skull. HE IS ******* DEAD I got some info BUT NOT THE ONE necessary to get the account back.

I had enough frustration and time wasted dealing with you and your carelessness to get the account # so I wont be responding to you anymore.

If you are the original owner of the account, and you can't recover said account for him... don't you think you're liable?

Giving account information over to the buyer is only half of the sale. Making sure it stays in their possession is the second. He states account info has been changed, so there's now an active user on the account.

@Tautvis show proof of you losing access to the account and the phone number being taken off/removed. This could only be done by the original owner claiming the account has been stolen via their support. They remove it manually, a keylogger can't do that so this doesn't make much sense.

All I need is to see is a picture. This is not done by a "hacker" - that's all I know and it's a terrible copout. People don't # game accounts that aren't worth much. Especially when you'd need to get access to the e-mail, and bypass 2FA which takes talent... They spend time hacking things worth hacking.

No I dont think I should be liable for his account. When I sold him the account I sent him all of the information needed I even gave him the original email account it was created on.

So no I dont think I Should be held liable for this.

Also account is worth more than the price I sold it for. I sold it for 80$ because I wanted to get rid of it as fast as possible cause I was fed up with the game and didnt want to play it anymore.

Now I spend my time enjoying BF5 and I dont see a reason to come back and play WoT and cause inconvinience to this buyer.

And It was in his possession for 2 months I usually dont give anymore support for the account after the first month.
Why? Because I dont care much more than a month for a game account that I sold. I dont care if he sold it or if it got #.
