@TheyCantHandle Your PlayerUp Account suspended for opening a PayPal Dispute. You paid for a service and while pending approval you disputed minutes after paying. This is a violation of our terms of service. Please inform us when you're done disputing payments and the dispute is closed so we can proceed with restoring your account. Until then, your account will remain suspended indefinitely until this is closed.
I just don't understand what is the 20US$ "sticky thread" I bought, I know it was waiting for approval but I saw another option next to my thread to put it sticky for 10US$ (for 180 days but apparently it only lasted 30 days). I just opened the dispute to let you know that I would like a refund IF the thread is not being put sticky. I did not open the dispute to escalate to chargeback... I am not related to any fraud or spam activities.
You should close your paypal dispute, then we will listen to you and accept your appeal. Until then, this is a violation so we cannot accept your appeal until this is closed. Inform us when done, then we will proceed.

Also could you remove the last comment on that thread please ("the one that says violating terms, etc).
Alright thanks, you're halfway done though :P the thread does not appear to be sticky yet even if bumped.
@Hulk that's nice thanks but the main request was to sticky the thread, since I paid 20US$ for it, you get it?
