LOL Is any one saying that heroes deleted we will gonna give him the account i did 40+ Middleman transactions this the first time i face this scam.
Now IGG can transfer money purchased on the account or transfer the resources if u consumed the heroes by ur self ... or even just decrease the might for guild war.
When am sure 100% that is not his mistake i will make a refund but he just saying all heroes deleted.

No proof has been given that you don't have access to the account.

 

I have Access but all heros on the account have been deleted!

 

I sadly do not know how this game works as I have never played it so I can't really assist with this.

@Chrish Elbier if you could give proof of delivery and/or if the heroes could be traded off the account and if there's proof that he did it on said account.
