All your recent "Request to Receive Payment" submissions have been cancelled since most if not all of them are already paid for or you never completed the transaction.

Basically in short - You vanish for several weeks, multiple transactions opened - You comeback only to request payment. Failed to complete all these orders - Meanwhile you're requesting payment for transactions are paid out You're exploiting the system.

You make buyers pay but you ignore them - You're requesting payments for uncompleted transactions or transactions you never finished. This is a serious violation and I don't think you realize this.

They weren't finished. You went on a frenzy requesting payments for transactions months old paid for and others uncompleted. You just ignored your buyers completely.
