    The screenshots above show somebody e-mailed you. What is the e-mail address that e-mailed you.

    We don't conduct business by e-mail. I have never messaged you and this is the 1st communications we have ever conducted. It's clearly noted everywhere on the website. Whomever e-mailed you has scammed you. Recover the item immediately.

    I made a transaction here and this is proof of my transaction. Buy Now - PlayerUp Middleman Service and now i have been fooled by the $900 mobile legend account. And you should be responsible because i made transaction here

    That is not middleman. That is a scammer e-mailing you acting like middleman.

    Middleman is done via the website, not through e-mail.

    You have been scammed. Contact the game's customer support ASAP. This had scam written all over it down to the broken English. The person you were speaking too was the one who scammed you. How they type identical should have made it obvious.

    This isn't our e-mail. This is somebody who spent 5 minutes creating a gmail in an effort to pretend they are us and con you. Why would we use a @gmail.com email?

    PlayerUp will never and I repeat never contact you by e-mail asking you to do anything. You may receive notification alerts but it will always redirect you back to the website. All transactions are 100% done on PlayerUp for these exact reasons.
