I had just had the seller do a cancellation and me (buyer) do a cancellation after seller said they were having issues on there end with the account they were selling. Told him it was no big deal and wanted to get a refund. Its been a little over a day now with NO response.. filling out tickets only gives me an automated message when I need to speak with live support. I paid with my credit card so I may have to go through them, but some sort of human response from someone would be ideal. Getting frustrated and worried that im out $170 from a website I have never used that ensured they were very very safe to go through. Atleast if we did this transaction on my own, I probably would of already got my $170 back from the seller.. this is ridiculous.

At the moment, you don't need to do anything else. You cancelled yesterday and just as the ticket says an agent will update this shortly and process your cancellation. Insurance wasn't needed so you'll get that back as well. Just need to be patient now and wait for the payments team to update it and then you'll be good to go.
