Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below he is a scammer he gave me a # account and he admitted it by himself and i paid him 41 $ for an account that is on hold and i cant use it or spend credits on it or even change the email when i asked him for the email password he said he doesn't have it and when i told him to help me because its on hold he said to pay him extra 5 euro or he wont help and he told me bad words like sending dildo to my home and dox me !!! and he said he doesn't give refunds ! in the beginning he told me to send him the money on paypal as friends not as service because this way i cant ever claim my money back from paypal, he is clearly a scammer and a hacker too he doesn't know the account information's that he is selling he only gave me one email and a password nothing else and they are broken accounts! they dont work on top of that he is asking to remove a fake feedback !! how could it be fake when i have all this proof against him. please help me i want my money back. he is claiming that he gave me full informations of the account while he only typed two things Email and password Threatening me by my address
User has made it clear he doesn't want to refund you via Discord chat with me. He also doesn't care if he's banned and will be on a new account with a VPN. All-around a very sad person. His account is banned, please dispute any funds if you can. Sorry for your loss.
To the seller @0sigan I have reviewed your listings. At no point did you state that the items were cracked or that you offered no protection after the sale. As a buyer, if I am viewing your thread listings, I see this as a regular legit account for sale as you mentioned nothing otherwise in your listing. Now we do allow these type of listings on PlayerUp but in your situations you have to either A). Detail your threads and offer 0 protection all sales are final or mention this is a cracked account, or B). When these situations occur, you have to provide the buyer a new account. Those are our policies. Some other sellers in other games do this and have no issues complying with these terms. If you're unable to comply with this, then obviously we can no longer allow you to sell on PlayerUp as you're essentially going to be randomly scamming buyers and too high of a risk to continue using this platform. Future accounts created will be closed and we will be actively monitoring this. If you want to resolve this issue and have your account restored, compensate your buyer.
