    Your PlayerUp Account was suspended for 2 reasons:

    1. Opening multiple accounts triggered all your accounts to be locked down. We have a 1 account rule limit.

    2. The payment sent to us PayPal is reporting it was unauthorized and the person who owns the PayPal Account claims you stole his paypal account.
    Fix your disputes.

    I cancelled the payment because you guys blocked me and didn't allow me to continue forth with my transaction and no one was responding to me rather if I was still able to buy the account or get a refund
    Now I can't do either at all, I can't even get my money back, so whats the deal with that, I can confirm with proof that those actions were all me, with ID pictures for each account, I was just trying to make sure I would get my money back since you guys didn't allow me to go through with the buy. either way, the money was taken out of my account and I can get a refund and you guys didn't give me the product I was buying. so what now

    We didn't block you. You opened multiple accounts. Like any company, when you open multiple accounts in a short span, you're going to get locked down by the system which is what happened here.

    You then opened an unauthorized dispute on the paypal payment basically claiming to PayPal your PayPal has been # and you didn't authorize this payment.

    There is no need to blame us.

    Fix your dispute and then we can reopen your account and resume your transaction otherwise there isn't anything more to discuss right now as PayPal claims you used stolen funds to pay for this item and until proven otherwise by PayPal we cannot work with you on this.
